Most executives I have know are not nearly this careless in their writing habits.
Which makes me wonder what really happened?

im sorry to hear that you had this experience with us. i can assure you that the staff we have onboard is very capable of getting the job done... and done right! we have booked over 150 events this year alone! all smiling customers from local businesses; to wonderful families; and even national chains. if you are truly an executive, you will know that even the best have "off" days. i will say though, make sure you got the name correct (king taco catering), because we DONT TAKE ORDERS. we are a catering service, not a delivery service! so i do question whether you called us for the right type of event you were planning, or mixed us up with someone else. please feel free to contact me if you have any other concerns or if you feel we can make this better: [email protected]
