Kingdom Business Services Reviews and Complaints are continued.

Here is my story that resembles majority of other brokers' stories. As I got the information from one agent about a company that was setting appointments for the fee of $43, I wanted to check it out and purchase some of them. As the other agent was doing well with them, I bought I might do the same. However, my story was a far cry from the other agents story. In fact, it was a complete failure.

I should have probably suspected something when the Kingdom Business Services refused to accept my debit and credit card. Moreover, I had to make a purchase of 20 leads, which was the minimum. I should have stopped to think about this, but I did not. I trusted the other agent.

Within the first two days, I noticed that something was wrong, as two of the seniors were completely unaware of whom I was as well as what the purpose of my visit was. Moreover, one woman thought that the Medicare office sent me there. At first, she was not at home, so I left my card. When she phoned in, she was surprised as she thought that I was someone from the
Medicare office. When I asked her why she was under such an impression, she told me that she must have misunderstood the woman from Kingdom Business Services who had set the appointment, as she had had an accent. Another man also confirmed that he had received a phone call from a woman with an accent, but he stated that he was happy with what he had. He, as well, thought that I was from the Medicare office. After this, when I knocked at the door of one house, I saw a woman hiding from me. As she did not answer, I left. To make matters worse, the leads set up by Kingdom Business Services were 40 to 50 minute drive apart from each other, which only hindered my presentation of the products.

I sent several emails to Account Manager Steve, a contact person of Kingdom Call Center, asking for a refund. He sent me an email denying the refund and stating it was companys policy not to refund their customers, hence why they did not take credit cards. Thereafter, he sent me recordings of the conversations with the senior citizens. After listening to them, I understood what the people whom I had had appointments with were talking about. The recordings were difficult to understand and there was a mention that a Medicare counselor would visit seniors at some specific time. Not waiting for the refusal, Kingdom Business Services callers told seniors that they would have to drop off some interesting Medicare information, I was wondering what it was. While I was listening, it all sounded as if they were misrepresenting themselves, convincing people that they were from the Medicare office.

  • It is my belief that we have to step in and stop this company from committing the fraud. Kingdom Business Services is cheating not only the hard-working agents but also senior citizens. They are stealing money from honest agents and at the same time railroading seniors in accepting the unwanted or unneeded appointments.
This is a warning for all the agents ad brokers to stay away from Kingdom Call Centers and not waste their time and money on them. Although they are new here in California, in Texas, Florida and some other states they are big. This kind of mistreatment should be stopped right away. It is up to you and me to cut them off at the pass.
