So what has your company done to work this out with the owner? Has there been a phone call, email or letter sent??? No I think not, beside the initial conversation that was stated in my rebuttal I have not heard from your company!

The Board of Kings Creek Plantation is fully committed to successfully
maintain the needs and requests of more than 15,000 Owners of our Resort.
We are especially interested in and sensitive to our Owners and their families
being able to fully benefit from the investment in time and money they
entrust to us year after year.
When we review details of any particular Owners account, our goal and
intent is to make every effort and adjustment; to include exceptions to our
established policies and procedures, when appropriate, in order to maintain a
healthy and happy business relationship.
As we continue to provide superior customer service and maintain consistently
high ratings as a full-service vacation property, we will continue to respond
to the needs and concerns of all of our valued Owners. Our success in doing so
is evidenced by our thousands of satisfied Owners and visitors as well as our
consistent growth.
In this particular instance the Owner who wrote the report was suspended for
failure to pay maintenance fees according to the requirements of the rules.
When she complained the suspension was lifted and her maintenance fees
were waived because she stated she did not know the process.
The process was explained to her and she was told that in the future King's
Creek would require that she comply with the rules. In 2012 when she did not
pay again she told the Resort that unless they waived the fees she would go on
the internet and write an uncomplimentary report.
Many American businesses are now faced with the prospect of these type of
internet reports by people who do not have valid complaints. We have chosen
in this instance to require that this individual abide by the same rules that the
other 15,000 Owners follow.
Sincerely,
King's Creek Plantation

I never understand why it is necessary to make false statements; meaning to tell a LIE. My Maintenance fees were Not waivered! However they did allow me to bank my time the first year of us owning this timeshare. The second time we paid All fee's and the time was not allowed to be used. I asked to have my time returned and they refused my request... My position all along is that Suspension of time should not be used when explaining to customers about late fees. What should be explained to the customers is that your time for that year is forfeited and you actually lose it for that year! Not that you are suspended from using your time until you have paid the maintenance fees and any additional fees etc etcThis is where I misunderstood what they meant by suspension! I think this policy is unfair to owners and should be revisited/ reviewed!!!
Yes Im very upset and I am only one person with one voice. To write a complaint is the only way for my voice to be heard. Im sorry the powers that be feel to write and voice your opinion is a threat to American businesses; however American businesses should not be allowed to conduct business anyway they want and consumers just take it without comments or complaints when they disagree with their practices.
