Kingsdown Mattress Co Claim that 1.8 inch contours or body impressions are normal in our $1600 firm mattress. Mebane North Carolina
We purchased our 2nd mattress from Kingsdown in January 2017. Because we had a good experience with our 1st purchase we felt confident about our second. After one week of sleeping on our firm mattress which cost $1600 we were suprised that we had body contours that were 1/5 inches deep. The manufacturer insists that this is to be expected. It looks like crap and we wake up with backaches. We will never by another from this company. Can't wait to see how bad it gets during the warranty period. Buy this mattress if you dare.
