Kingsdown mattress co. Warranty dept. They will not back their lifetime warranty on a mattress failing thug was purchased in 2006 Hickory North Carolina
I was in NC and stopped in at Boyles at Hickory Furniture Mart. I bought a Kingsdown mattress for my back. I was in an auto accident and needed relief. I paid 3000 dollars and had it shipped to Wa. State. The salesman would not give me a copy of the warranty but assured me, any problems just call. That bed wad so hot and yet it wasn't in the store. Also it was not that comfortable bur I thought maybe it would get better. About 2 years ago which makes it 6 years ok'd, I started not Sleeping and waking up all night in real pain then a. Year ago my feet and back we're going numb. I finally realized I was sleeping in a deep hole and the side of the mattress was sagging.
Short story To thud. They made me jump through hoops for this lifetime warranty and denied me saying Sinking was not inch and a half. I sent 23 pictures and they picked where it started and ended not the real dip. Aldo it does not show up when no load is on it. Very interesting. They would not Give in and only when I mentioned the attorney general and lawyers did they said copy of warranty. Aldo I waited two weeks for them after I sent pictures and finally had to contact them and thet they day sent a rejection with no explanation. Mentioning the lawyer got a response about employee Owned co. Which makes no sense since one of the complaints here was reusing old mattress springs . Thus is suspicious to say the least. I have contacted the better business bureau and Attorney gen. Anything out there to help me with more info? Thanks
