The money drawn on my debit card by UMG has been returned. I have received email from the CEO of KingSize's parent company. He is in Europe and sending email by BlackBerry. He promises to address my issues when he returns to the US next week. I believe this is a satisfactory resolution because I have my money back from UMG aka United Marketing Group aka Buyers Edge and I believe KingSize will address my policy, customer relations issues which I don't expect anyone to be able to deal with via BlackBerry.
