Kippa Kennels Scott Kipp, Kip, Kipp Kennels, Kipps Records, www.kipprecords.com, Johnny Ray's agent/record producer Scott Kipp abuses animals. He doesn't care for them and let's them die. He was arrested and charged/animal cruelity Internet
Scott Kipp also goes by Kip, Kipp Kennels, Kipp Records. This man is rotten...he hurts his dogs. He let's his dogs starve to death, doesn't give them shots. Those dogs laid in the kennel half dead, laying in fecus and urine.
I can't understand why the judge gave this unruly man back 5 of his dogs. The cops came and took 24 dogs away from Scott Kipp. I also can't understand why Johnny Ray also known as Fred Denmark didn't get charged with animal abuse as well. Johnny Ray was the hired hand to feed and water those dogs. Those poor dogs were never let out of their cages! Scott Kipp should lay locked up inside a cage for days and see how he likes it.....no food or water either.
The little time Kipp stayed in jail was nothing! he got a slap on the wrist and a 25,000 fine..big deal! It should have been more like a year in jail....him and his pretty curly hair.
