At US Bank we had a brief encounter working with the project manager Kiran Valiveti and with some of the members of Wipro delivery team. Their delivery model is not aligned with the capacity planning putting pressure to the team while creating unprofessional, rude and unhealthy work environment. How these delivery team work, behave and speak to one another is not strictly unprofessional. We do not recommend this or the filthy work environment they have created.
