Your a real jerk bragging about your money when u had to scam people to get it, i dont even work and i get a pension for the military due to haz-pay so the way i see it you dont have the right to run your d**n mouth and defend a company that has been proved by several laywers that they are scammers

I worked for the kirby company in my home town when i was 18 and i was fresh out of high school to. He hired me with out a background check and told me i was going to make $500 a week even if i don't sell that crapy vacuum, well end of the week came and he said that he did not have to pay and if i had a problem with it that it was to bad. So i asked for a copy of everything and gave it to my best friends dad who is a lawyer and he said he has been in court with this company and that they are in fact a scam. So any one who is looking for a job and sees' there post DO NOT CALL THEM.

First off, I am by no means a hillbilly from Alabama. Secondly, Kirby does not "prey" on elderly, where you got that from I would love to know. Third, we do not call anyone to set up our demo's... Get your information CORRECT before opening your mouth. If someone called you and said they were giving away a free carpet shampoo and you welcomed them in your home before being smart enough to find out more details about the person and the company they represent, well that just speaks for itself. There is no need in me commenting on it. Unlike you, I have no desire to sit here and result in childish name calling with you. The fact of the matter is, if you didn't want them there, once they pulled the Kirby out, why did you not send them away? After all it is your house. This is not about whether Kirby people are scam artist or what not, this is about an idiot who openly bragged about something she did that is highly illegal. She, and anyone who decides to do the same thing, are asking for more trouble than its worth. Sure, she may have gotten away with it.. But just because the debt is probably listed as disputed under the fair billing act on her credit or his since she signed his name, does not mean that is a good thing. It actually looks worse to have that on your credit. Don't think for one minute this will not effect them for a long time to come. People who are dishonest idiots always get theirs in the end. Not everyone in Kirby are dishonest. I am not. I work my a*s off for what I have. To be able to send my children to private school, to make sure they have a good home, ect. Don't judge me because you think you know about the company or because one person has made you upset. How shallow can you be? You can sit here and pass names back and forth all you want, I on the other hand do not have the time. I have a job to go to, money to make, so that I know I will always have the things you can only wish about. On that note.. you have a great day and I will keep smiling and counting the money! Don't get mad at me because you're on welfare and unemployed, I didn't make you that way. Get off your a*s and go to work!

Exactly the type of response I would have expected from A) a hillbilly off some dirt road in Alabama and B) A Kirby Vacuum employee. She is an angry consumer - and one of many that have fallen victim to the vulgar sales pursuit and borderline financing tactics that Kirby employs - how is it that a company thats been in business for "91 years" has to prey on the elderly and immigrants to buy a $2000 dollar vacuum that they can't afford or won't live to use? This same "establishe and reputable company only gets it foot in the door by calling to tell you that you've won free carpet cleaning and never mentioning that they are with Kirby until they've set up a presentation in your living room. I'll never get that two hours of my life back..but you are an employee - what does that say for you? PS - Keep searching for Lyna in New York Einstein - best of luck

You have to be the biggest idiot I have ever seen. Not only are you stupid enogh to post something that can not be deleted, but you're stupid enough to do it on line where everyone can see it. Do you not understand now that you did it, not only can the Kirby office print it, & sue your sorry a*s, but trying to defraud the credit card compny can land your a*s in jail. I'm so sure "your man" would love that. I really thought NY ppl were alittle smarter than this. You are a sad pitiful excuse for a human! I hope you get what you deserve in the end.... and just so you know... due to you cancelling your contract, if you think for one minute Kirby can not get the vac back, you truly are an idiot. All they have to do is fax a copy of the receipt to your credit card compny, with your signature, see they match perftly... call the police to your home... have a report filled out stating the vac was in your possession as seen by the cop when they repo it... therefore allowing the c/c company to sue the s**t out of your sorry a*s.... Therefre meaning Kirby got the vac back, you got sued for fraud, & hopefully landed yourself a large sum of fines or jail time. Thats the beauty of this story, the fact that you're such an idiot... And ppl blame Kirby for being scammers... thanks... you just made ppl like me look 10 times better just by writing this stupid a*s story of yours. Yet, Kirby is still doing fine, one little idiot like you can't break a 91 yr old company... think again idiot.
