DO NOT USE KIRNER AND BOLTD AS YOUR ATTORNEY! TOTAL SCAM. THEY WILL DO NOTHING FOR YOU, AND EXPECT YOU TO PAY THEM TONS OF MONEY!!!!!!! WHAT CAN YOU DO, ARGURE WITH A WASHED UP LAYWER? Here is my story. It all started when the company that I was working for stopped paying me my salary. I was out of a job, and owed rent and other bills. My mother referred me to go to her attorney that she used for her divorce. My father warned me that this guy was a snake, and I ignored him because he was the guy who got rid of my dad, and I thought that he was just saying this out of frustration. I went ahead, and contacted a man by the name of Paul Kirner. He told me to come in and talk to him. So myself, and several others who were not being paid by this company went in and seen Paul the punk. The punk told us that for only $100.00 DOLLARS THAT HE WOULD FILE OUR CASE. We went ahead and did. The punk did not file my case until 9-17-2009. Between the time I was waiting for the Punk b***h to file my case, I was on the phone every single day with my old employer. I did not stop, and I put an extreme amount of pressure on him (like Im doing now to the Punk.). I got my former employer to mail me out a check for two grand. He mailed it out on the 15th of Sept. I received it and cashed it on the 18th of that month. My attorney said that he filed the case the day before with our city on the 17th. Since I got paid on the 18th from my employer, he says I owe him 30%. Now, that would make sense if the court where my employer was got the papers on the 17th. But my employer was across the country and had no idea about the lawsuit until the 23rd. Now this a** says I owe him because he put the heat on my former employer? Sounds like a snake to me. Not to mention that this b***h is a friend of my families, and Im sure this is going to make things great between myself and them. But lets look at the facts here. Hes a friend of the family, I brought him 7 other people for him to do their cases, then he told me on the phone that I only owe him .13%, now he says I owe him .3% Sounds like this guys hard up for cash. He probably has been loosing all of his cases. Oh well. I guess that its a good thing that Im going through Bankruptcy soon. Maybe the punk can represent me in that too. Thanks for reading, I hope the scam slogan beneath his web address when he gets Google hits kills his business. Dont be a sucker like me, and remember that you clicked to read this for a reason, so be smart. There are plenty of honest good attorneys out there, They are just not one of them. Thanks!

It is quite apparent that whoever wrote this comment has absolutely no class what so ever.  Not only is Paul Kirner a straight shooter he is also a great attorney from my experiences with him.  Paul has represented me several times and is about to represent me again.  He will do what he has to do to get the job done.   As for Paul being broke, I find that hard to believe.  Who is the one crying over $100.00.  Bottom line if you need good representation my recommendation is Kirner & Boltd.  I am not affiliated with the firm what so ever, at the same time  I know BS when I see it..

Helllloooo Rip off report readers.  About two weeks ago, I posted the report above you.  I have to say that at the time I was very upset, angry and full of rage.  The statements that I wrote are very low, disrespectful, and childish.  I wanted to write this report that im typing now because I feel that I can explain what happened much more tastefull, since I'm now not in a hurry, and I am not full of RAGE and ANGER! First off, I would like to apologize to Paul for the name calling.  Even if business does not work out fairly, I have no right to call anyone a Punk, a b***h, or a looser.  That was very immature and low of me to do that. Secondly, I want to let you know that I have my problem with Paul Kirner, and Only Paul Kirner, NOT HIS STAFF OR OTHER ATTORNEYS THAT REPRESENT THE FIRM!  Although Paul is a good man, him and I have totally different views on morals, values, and business practices (and he has the right to believe in what he wants to.).  I try to live with honor, respect, selfless service, integrity, and courage.  I am not here to bad mouth His firm, I am only here to tell you of my unpleasant business with him because I do not want this to happen to you.   I want to let people know that it's not about me wanting you to not do business with Paul, it's simply that I want you to fully understand that you CANNOT argue with an attorney and you need to know what you are getting yourself into should you decide to do business with him and have him represent you.  So, heres my story......... After returning home from Iraq of over two years, I was Honorably discharged from the United States Army.  I lived in Hawaii at the time.  Soon after getting out of the Army, I was called back into service to work with Army reservists here in Ohio.  Since this was a part time gig, I started looking for full time employment.  After bouncing from company to company, I met a man named Nathan.  Nathan owned a promotional products company in my neighborhood and hired me on as a sales rep.  The business started to slowly but surly fall apart.   Months into my job as a sales rep, I received my check from Nathan (who lives in NY).  I cashed my check, and found out three days later that it bounced.  I asked Nathan to fix it and get me my money.  After that was unsuccessful, I resigned from my position to seek employment elsewhere.  I was out of a job, and broke.  I really needed the $2000 that Nathan owed me.       Thats when I went to an attorney named Paul Kirner who is an owner of Kirner & Boldt, Co., L.P.A. and also a good friend of one of my family members.  I told Paul that this has not only happened to myself, but several others who I had worked with.  Paul told me to bring em in because he could help us.  I brought in 7 or 9 others, and we all chipped in and paid paul a fee to file a lawsuit.  Paul told me that it would be a couple of weeks before Nathan got the papers.  Since Nathan was in another state, the papers were sent via certified mail with signature.       As the week passed, I did not give up on Nathan.  I called him everyday, and I got him to pay me a week later.  Since Paul was a good friend of my uncles, I did not want to mess things up,  Paul would of have never known that I got a check from Nathan, and I could of easily dropped from the lawsuit, and kept all of the money.  Since Integrity is a major role in my everyday life, I called Paul and told him about the check coming in.  I asked what I owed him.  His assistant said take the dollar amount and multiply it by .13% (I herd her asking Paul what to charge me).  I had a $2000 check.  I thought it was weird that Paul even told me that I had to give him a piece because the lawsuit was not even known to Nathan, and our contract that I signed basically says that:  After a lawsuit is delivered to the person and they are aware of it, if they try to pay to get out of court, then Paul would get a cut, which is actually 30%, not 13%.  Since Paul was a close friend of my uncles, i did not want to create drama, so I bit my tongue, and went to give paul his cut.  When I got into his Office, he really didn't want 13% he wanted 30% which is $780.00 for a 2k check.  Thats when I layed it on Paul and said that I had talked to Nathan.  Nathan did not receive the papers til the 23rd via certified mail.  I got my check on the 18th.  I told Paul that Nathan had no clue about a lawsuit, and the only reason that he payed me is because i did not stop calling him, when in fact all Paul did was file a case for me that I already paid him $100.00 to do.  I am all about making a profit, and I totally support small businesses.  I just cant believe that a person is trying to take $780.00 from a guy who was honest with him and told him about the check in the first place.  IF PAUL WERE TO APPEAR IN COURT, OR EVEN IF NATHAN HAD GOTTEN THE PAPERS, AND THEN PAYED ME, I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM PAYING PAUL FOR HIS SERVICES.  SINCE HE DIDNT DO ANYTHING, and i mean that litteraly I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY, AND I WOULD NOT PAY THIS GUY IF HE WERE NOT A FREIND OF THE FAMILY, THAT IS THE ONLY AND I MEAN ONLY REASON I AM GIVING THIS GUY A DIME.  I got so pissed about this, I wrote the report above.  I should have known that Paul was going to take it to my family and complain, when really my family member did not even know of me working with Paul.  Now my family is involved, and I am sure that is what paul wanted, to create drama.  If you look up other resources, like http://www.bbb.com/ , you can look at Pauls history with his firm.  He is rated as a good lawyer, but he does have complaints about the contract agreement.  I know that I will be filing one.  All and all, I signed a contract, and I am not going to argue with that, or this guy because I will never win.  Him being an attorney, I feel strongly that he knows the everyday person is not going to take him to court because he works in the system, so PLEASE BE CAREFUL!  THERE ARE MILLIONS OF GREAT ATTORNEYS OUT THERE!  I RECOMENT GOING TO:   http://www.laywers.com/   but Pauls on there too.  Do your research, and remember this:  YOU CLICKED ON THIS PAGE BECAUSE YOU WERE SUSPICOUS, GO WITH YOUR GUT, AND SHOP AROUND!  COMPARE FEES, AND PERCENTAGES, AND LOOK EM UP ON www.ripoffreport.com .  They are on here for a reason. THANKS for reading!  I am truly sorry Paul for saying such mean things in my first report. That was very very inappropriate!
