I work for a company called KISMET in 1206 S 11th St, Tacoma WA 98405. This job is very misleading and there are sales involved. The money they promise you can only be achieved once you learn how to mislead people just like they do. I guess naive people can call that an opportunity, but if you think you are the right person for the job by all means go for it. I don't know how they will provide medical, dental, and 401k for me; when this company seems so sketchy and there office is so dumpy. I'm only in the 2nd week of the training and they are asking me to sell to family, friends, associates, aquant., relatives, and roommates. The only money I make from training is if I sell enough fragrances. (Training lasts up to 8 weeks unpaid) I'm sure if you are a super sales person you can break off from the group after your training and start selling your life away, since the wholesale manufacturer provides the product for you and you don't have to pay them until you actually sell the product. All in all this job is technically an opportunity to the desperate and naive, but to mislead people to sell for them during the training period is just wrong. I don't think I will be the person to screw someones time just so I can make the money. But I pray for the people who go in thinking that you will just be leading a group of sales members when you are actually selling for 8 weeks without getting a stable pay.
P.S. I work for the state and they have know idea. I will make sure i get this place shut down. That way people that are looking for work to provide for there families will not waist any more of there needed time.

FOUND THIS
I was called in by this company named Kismet Wholesale in Tacoma and was told similar things like the woman was reading a script. After i got home i looked up Scam reports and wouldnt you know everything people have said was exactly what was said to me and the next day the lady even called and said if i show up for the first day of training im considered hired. What a joke!!! This is all a pyramid scam and its sad because real people are trying to find jobs in a bad economy and you have companies like this get peoples hopes up and misleading. The funny thing is they posted a ad on craigslist for a Receptionist and Manager position but when you go in for an interview they talk you into going for the manager position when all in all there was never a Receptionist position. PLEASE JOB SEARCHERS BEWARE
