I booked a Saudi Flight through Kiwi.com and on 8/14 my flight was supposed to take off at 5:50PM. However, when I tried to board the flight, Saudi Airline counter manager informed me that they could not take me because my final destination at Riyadh is not a port of entry for Hajj pilgrims. The manager then instructed me to cancel my reservation and I did the same day with refund request.
When I came back from Hajj on 9/3/2018, I contacted Kiwi.com and was told yesterday that Saudi Airlines could only refund me $796 out of the ticket cost of $2,020.06. This cancellation was involuntary and I supplied all necessary information including my Hajj Visa to Kiwi.com. Kiwi support staff refused to persue my case for a full refund.
I have contacted Kiwi and Saudi Airlines but they are not responsive and they keep asking me to call dozens contacts. I contacted all but to no avail. All I need is for Saudi Airlines to refund me the full amount of $2,020.06.
