Kleritec Lies of omission, failure to tell the truth, Scam Artists Sykmar California
I was first contacted in January 2013 and I ordered their $199 Special. At that time there was no mention of shipping and handling, so when the order came and a shipping and handling fee was included I called them and disputed the charges and they were dropped. Two weekes ago (end of July) I was again called and told that some back ordered items were being shipped and they needed to confirm the address and let me know they were coming. To me back order means the items should have been included in the origional shipment. NOT TO THEM! This new order is now to cost me over three hundred dollars. I called to dispute the additional charges but I was told to check around and they would comp the price if I could find the items cheeper. I will be doing this in the next few days! Do not speak to these people. Hang up the phone! 2013-08-05
