KMart ripoff Usa Nationwide
Kmart had been selling stock in the company on the NASDAQ stock market.
When the company was in trouble last year after it's officers scammed millions of dollars it declared all of the stock that had been sold to people NULL and VOID. All stock in the name of Kmart was worthless.
They reorganized under a new name Kmart inc. and left
all of the prior stockholders holding the bag.
I only owned a small number of shares in Kmart but still was screwed by the large company that paid its old incompetent CEO $17 million a year to drive the company into bankruptcy.
From this day on I will never set foot in another Kmart store .
Although they could have offered some sort of compensation to its shareholder it instead thought they could prosper by cheating the little people. My Christmas shopping and all other will no be done somewher else.
Kmart never again!
