KMS Investigations-Kevin Sianez Rippoff took $1700 couldn't get story right form PI, would not return phone calls, text mess, or emails Said I would get full detailed report ,pics & video in 2 days-never recieved any evidence-DO NOT USE THEM- They lie and take your$$$$! Birmingham Alabama
I used Kevin Sianez for a surveillance Investigation. He told me to pay up front $1700.00 to do two 8hour days of surveillance. He acted like such a nice guy, and that he was doing free look ups on people for me. Yea right! I found better info on my own! The night he was suppose to be watching the person, it took me calling a bunch to get him to tell me what was going on. When he called he didn't give much info, and it was shadey info. Said his PI was watching the person, but then a friend called and said the person was at home because the person had just called them and it showed up on called ID the person house. I called Kevin saying he must be watching the wrong guy-he said let me call the PI back. He (Kevin) called me back and said his PI was watching the person outside their house! It was all shadey! I can't beleive that he really even watched this person, seeing that he never sent the full detailed report with the pictures, and video that was supposed to be sent to me. I talked to him the day after the invest. (Sun. Dec. 3, 2006) and I wanted to know when I would get the proof? He said he gave his PI's 24 hr to write the report and then he would look over it, then send it to me by mail, email, or fax! (Oh.. he also tried to act all sweet and like he cared about his customers by telling me, that he would give us another free days of work since we really didn't get any good stuff on the person!)
That was supposed to be on Tuesday- and it is Sunday Dec 10, 2006 and I have NO EVIDENCE! I have called him at least 4 times a day, emailed him 3 times, & texted his phone and I get nothing!!!! I have called my credit card comp. and they are helping me take care of the charges. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! What kind of person would ripp off someone during the CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS! That is messed up! They will be caught one day because God does know what they are doing!!!!!!!

We contacted this client immediately after she posted this and she emailed us back with her appology and confirmation of receipt of her report. She also stated once she received her report she would withdraw this posting but this site does not allow for that. Its also interesting to note that this site allows the first and last name of an individual of a corporation to be identified but restricts the first name and last name of the person who posted their complaint to be identified in the rebutal?? Makes you wonder. Also identifying the name of an officer of the corporation to be identified in a complaint in addition to the corporation itself.

Karla Its December 10, 2006. You are wrtting a complaint within a weeks time about a report you say you didnt receive? In your case Ms. **** we are going to go an extra step for you. Since you feel it necessary to put information for all to see about your case and compact your complant with informtion that is far from accurate we have decided to post your entire investigtaion report in this site for all to see. We are not going to sit by and let you or anyone else use this forum to slander a business openly based on baseless comments that are far from accurate. This site is so problem ridden that it is the focus of 100's of lawsuits against them. Your case is going to be open to the public after this posting. Look for your report to be publisized for all to read this week. In addition, we will be following up this with postngs about you for all to read. This is one company that is fed up with a site such as rip off report allowing disgrunteled people using this as an avenue to slander companies without verifcation of facts
