You had the manpower to investigate the hired investigator but could do the investigation yourself? And you're in South Dakota. How would you know what went on in Alabama other than hearsay?

Hey Toby - You are so full of it! First, you state you are a corporate officer of this company and then make an accusation about this PI's work and claim he was dishonest, which you supposedly learned when counter surveillance was conducted on the agent. Then you state the company that this PI was truly contracting with (not just one case, it was several), KMS Investigations in Orange, California is not connected to our firm. You admit your firm hired this PI, and turn right around and try to claim the PI was working for someone not connected with your firm. Nice try but no cigar! Your very lame attempt to defame this PI and throw a cloud of uncertainty on his accusations of non-payment for services rendered is laughable. I have spoken with this PI and he was hired by and only dealt with Kevin Sianez in Orange, California. Oh, we must not forget his brother Michael Sianez. Yeah, right! More like his alias. This PI has ample documentation that he was dealing with Kevin Sianez in California, not Toby or Mike in other states. So its patently obvious who we are dealing with and who is responding to all these complaints. It does not take much for someone who knows how to conduct an investigation to get to the real facts. Let's go over just a few of them for now: For starters, there is no corporation listed under the name KMS Investigations or KMS Detective Agency in Alabama or California. Yet all the advertisements on the Internet and the company website shows the company is incorporated. Furthermore, KMS Investigations is not a licensed California Private Investigation Company. Its owner Kevin Michael Sianez (born 4/17/1957) AKA Michael K Sianez is not licensed as a Private Investigator in California, but clearly, he is operating there as such. Kevin Michael Sianez filed a Fictitious Business Name statement for the company name KMS Investigations in Orange County, California on 8/9/2005 (FBN 20056039035). His office is there and his telephones terminate there. This is all documented. I am sure he would like to apply and take the test, but a few criminal charges/convictions that are on file at the Orange County California Superior Court would likely make that difficult to say the least. Online records show convictions in 1997 and 1998 for Theft, Stalking, and Failure to Provide for Minor Child. (And so easy to find all this and much more using Google and a few clicks of the mouse! I invite anyone who doubts me to look it up for yourself!). Of course, Kevin would like everyone to think his PI Company is based in Alabama because that state does not license PI's. He thinks he can skirt the licensing law there, but the thing he is not understanding is, in order to sell PI services in many other states even when hiring subcontractors, that a company must also hold a PI license in that state. So, KMS being a nationwide company would have to have many PI licenses. We both know that is not the case. I think the state licensing authorities and law enforcement agents might be interested in some of these complaints posted here, what do you think TOBY?! I think I smell a big pile of @^%$, KEVIN. One that's due to be scooped up very soon.

Being a corporate officer of this company I can tell you we used to utlize this private investigator who made this complaint for services. This Investigator attempted to charge our firm for services that were fabricated and false and now has an axe to grind with our firm. Unaware counter surveillance was conducted on this agent to confirm his times and locations he bille us for, we confirmed false billing in terms of hours worked. Additionally, his facts are not accurate as KMS does not have an office in California and is an Alabama firm. Another sole properitorship operates under KMS Investigations in California and is not connected to our firm
