K&N ENGINEERING INC Refund policy , i ordered a K&N cai kit on 7/31/17 I never opened the box and called for RGN 8/1 RIVERSIDE California
I oredered a cai on 7/31/17 for a truck i was going to purchase,the deal fell thru.I immediately tried to cancel the order it was not delivered yet. They said to accept delivery they gave me a RMA #. It is RGNO163569 sent back on 8/1/17.Package was delieved on 8/4/17 Received by Janet .I called numerous times checking on my refund of $376.25 they said it would be credited back by 8/15/17. Didn't happen i called today and they gave the run-around that it was still being processed.Do nut do business with these people, they are using your money.

I recieved a refund oF $376.75 on 8/17/17.It took them 13 days to refund ny funds,so the dispute with K&N ENIGINEERING INC is resolved.
