Knick of Time Watches Knick of Time on Facebook Marjorie Escaro Stole my money. The company promised to issue me a refund for over a month and never delivered. They have done this to several people. I purchased three watches from this company in one order. Within ten minutes of placing my order, I realized I could get the same watches cheaper on several other sites. I immediately emailed the order staff, send them a facebook message, and emailed their support team requesting they cancel my order. After sending 2 more messages over the next week they finalyl responded and agreed to cancel my order and issue a refund. Then I waited. Nothing happened for two weeks so I contacted them again. They again promised to issue my refund and then did nothing. I reached out again a week later and achieved the same result: an empty promise and no action. I proceeded to post on their facebook page about their terrible business practices, so they deleted my comments and prevented me from making any more. I am writing this to try to save anyone else from falling into their trap.
