Knowledge Surf Technologies Never Delivered - Unreliable Development Firm Cupertino California
I wrote a contract with Knowledge Surf Technologies for software/application development. We had a clear date for delivery. A 3 week project rolled into months with excuse after excuse.
I provided source code from a previous project to them.
The best excuse was that they had another client that had priority and had paid monies up front to them. Since my company had payment scheduled at delivery, then they explained I did NOT have priority and therefor I got second rate treatment.
I finally overcame this and then they expected payment prior to a working prototype. They explained they would not continue with the project till I paid them up front now (which was clearly stated in the contract that I wouldnt until completion). In addition even if I paid, they then told me they would not even complete the project to the spec. In the scope I outlined a feature which they realized then they didnt have. So I would not get that and I would still be expected to pay for the product.
I will never do business with this company and cannot belive they actually get business. They are the most unprofessional development firm I have encountered. Being bumped in queue b/c they didnt like the contract that was written after the fact. My company is now months behind schedule because of them.

This company may be doing business with multiple company names. I always wonder about outsourced companies that have identical websites and information about them with different names. The phone numbers match and addresses, etc. Extend Logic ( ExtendLogic ). http://www.extendlogic.com and KST Mapping ( KSTMapping ) http://www.kstmapping.com
