Kodak printers are inferior. they look good and work good at first. model 5500 all.in.one How far the once mighty have fallen. But they go bad quick. The power supply or circuit board went out on mine on less than 30 times of using it. I contacted customer service a little too late from warranty even though the printer was hardly used at all.
An American company outsourcing both the manufacturing AND customer service.
An our politicians encourage this practice. I am all for free market capitalism though.
I say Do Not Buy a Kodak Printer or other product until they change their business.
