KoinPool.com as well as the people who are (were) behind this website are a scam outfit. This is a website for bitcoin mining and fraud run by Ryan M. and Adam (goes by the name Adrian Petroli as well). These people are scammers first class, avoid to pay the proper price for work and act extremely verbally violently and behave like frustrated teenagers although they are in their 40s. Could be 1 person acting as multiple persons to hide his real identity and create confusion. Extremely manipulative and unreliable person(s).
Do not trust nor do register on www.koinpool.com they will get all your private information and whatever info they can get from you and later will abuse it in some of their online frauds. They might even sell your email address to someone or simply use it to lure you into another scam. That's all they know and will keep doing it until they are alive or simply until they get caught. Currently I see koinpool.com is off (IIS7 message), they might be renewing their website or have simply shut down the system. In case they have turned off their website, better for the whole world, another scam less. But what worries me they will continue to abuse people over internet so be aware!
