You don't need a lawyer. Your sales contract is your lawyer. If your signed copy shows you paid/financed including the extended warranty, they will lose. File for the small claims max and let them sweat out a court appearance. You'll probably just get back the warranty price, but maybe more if the judge/arbitrator gets mad. Don't argue about non relevant items like the interest rate. You signed off on it so it's not part of the equation. Your sole target is the price of the warranty.
If you win that case, sue their asses again for whatever you needed to pay in repairs that should have been covered. If all your costs together exceed small claim requirements, sue for each case separately.

To not be approved at 21.25%, you must have the world's worst credit history. If Honda financed you at 1%, you can be sure the car price covered the difference...as they say, there is no free lunch. The reason your friends pay less for credit is likely because they have GOOD credit and you Don't.
