I made an order and was given an invoice number followed by an order number both via email. Then I was sent a notice stating my order could not ship because it was to a post office box but in fact my address was to a rural route box. I replied to the email explaiing my address and I have also went back to the website to file a complaint. None of my complaints have been addressed and I have not heard from the company in any form. They have taken money out of my account for the purse I ordered.
