Consider yourself very lucky. There are so many of us out here that have been left hanging out to dry. I recomend that you don't buy from them again. He took advantage of me to the tune of over $160. Totally ignored me even after filing complaint with BBB. My next step is to go to the state or small claims court. (BTW: I was dumb enough to order twice even after having problems with my first order - not getting what ordered and not shipping when promised.)

Hi-
I just want to say that my son received his scooter today (4/29/11) and he was absolutely thrilled! Gary had promised to upgrade my son's scooter because it had taken so long to send the order. Watching my son's face as he was taking the scooter out of the box was like Christmas morning! I'm sorry that it had to come to this Gary but in the end I thank you for keeping your promise.
