Kratomcapsules.com Bought $400 worth of items and never received them, was told it was out of stock and would ship soon, after a month I contacted them for a refund and have been waiting a month and never received my refund. Every time I email them I’m told a different lie. Been over 2 months and no item or refund! Be careful they will take your money and rob you! Cutler bay Florida
At the beginning of may I ordered $400 worth of products from Kratomcapsules.com and paid extra for rush delivery and instead of receiving my items I received a invoice with a note that says out of stock, I emailed them and was told it would be back in stock in a week, that week came and went and no item.
I emailed them again and was told next week we will have it on Tuesday, Tuesday came and went and no communication so I emailed them again and was again told next week, which also came and went with no communication from them. Now after a month and no item I requested a refund and was told that it would be processed and sent out ASAP, after 2 weeks and no refund I contacted them again and was told it’s still processing and would be sent out any day.
Another week and nothing and called them again and was told it’s the payment processor it can take another 2 weeks to send out. I’m now at 2 months since I placed the order and still no refund! I filed a report with the FTC and the BBB as well. Next stop is the courthouse to file my civil lawsuit to get my money back and you can bet that I’m going for damages to, Thankfully I kept all the email lies they sent!
