Scam central. How does this guy keep getting away with it? Kelly Murphy's
Boys Lounge eviction was supposed to have taken place today, January
24, 2013. I've got a photo of the eviction notice taped to the front
door. Kastle Management LLC, the tenant, is Kelly Murphy. You can
tell because Kelly Murphy likes to leave clues, like the repetition
of the letters KM. KM as in Kelly Murphy. KM as in Krave Massive. KM
as in Kastle Management. It's all the same guy. And this is the
second eviction notice this place has gotten. How much more of this
guy is the Las Vegas LGBT community going to take before they finally say enough is enough? Prison sentences for bank fraud, an unpaid $75,000 restitution
tab, evicted twice from the Boys Lounge location, his Copa club shut
down and an eviction from there, the inability to fund Krave Massive so it can open in its own
location. It's all getting just a little ridiculous.

I thought I might be too judgmental, but apparently not. It looks like other people feel the way I do about Krave and owner Kelly Murphy. What a ripoff! Scam is right. I don't know how this guy stays in business after reading all the Ripoff Report filings about him. Don't legal authorities monitor this at all? Might give them some good tips about who to track down. Anyway, I thought it was just me that had a strong reaction to the ridiculous cover charge, rude treatment and overall slimy feeling I got at the club. I'm not surprised to learn of this guy's criminal past and his more recent run-ins with evictions, funding issues and the like. I say, vote with your pocketbook and move on to other places that are nicer and won't use your hard-earned money to rip other people off!

It's up to us to put a stop to Kelly Murphy. It's obvious from this guy's past what he's up to. He's a con artist, a scammer, he uses people. He hasn't changed in decades, from his past felony conviction for bank fraud to the most recent evictions. He uses other people and their money and then walks away from it all. It's obvious that no one in authority is going to do anything about him, like shut him down. Perhaps, even with all the laws that are in place, they're even unable to. So it's up to us. Don't go to his clubs. Boycott Krave Rio, Krave Las Vegas, Krave Massive ... anything Krave! Just don't go. Boycott Boys Lounge, if it ever opens, boycott Drink & Drag, boycott all the establishments and businesses he's involved in. He's only after one thing: your money. Don't give it to him!
