Kris Walters Kristian Walters, KDeezy22 I bought 2 Burning Man tickets from craigslist for $525 and never got tickets or refund back. Ticket Scam San Francisco California
7/02/2013 (Tues), I bought two burning man tickets through Craigslist From a man Kris Walters. Including the shipping fee it was $525 total. He sid he will ship from Seattle.
The ticket seller Kris Walters, asked me to transfer the money to his personal Wells Frago (acct # 7034174446), so I Deposited my cash money $525 by walking into Wells Frago to deposit to his account directly.
I communicated by phone number, (415)895-2314, and he also sent me a contract stateing if i did not recieve the tickets he would issue a refund on July 08th 2013
"This contract is between Kris Walters (seller) and Anthony Yousko (buyer) for 2 burning man tickets and survival guides. Total transaction cost is $525 USD for tickets and next day shipping.Me Yousko will place the funds in the acct of Mr Walters Wells Fargo acct (acct # 7034174446) on Tues July 2, 2013 and the tickets will be shipped and insured for next day delivery. If tickets at not received Mon July 8th a full refund will be issued."
I never recieved the tickets. Kris Walters said he shipped but i didn't recieve a tracking # from him then he said he got them back because i gave him the wrong zip code which i did. But when i gave him the right zip code i still didnt recieve anything and the tracking number he gave me was not a real tracking number in the fed ex system. Kris Walters blamed Fed Ex for never shipping the package with two shipping attemps. I then asked for a refund and he agreed to send back the money.
When i asked him to send the money he told me to wait because he was on a business trip in Chicago and there was no wells fargo to send the money. i Then said i was preparing to report to law enforcement and FBI and he got very aggressive and started avoiding me saying he will send the money when hes ready.
ive been trying to get him to do a direct deposit into my wells fargo account to refund me $525 and he still will not send the money he keeps giving me every excuse he can and im still communicating with him after a month.
Ive found several things online that shows this person has been scaming people for years with the same name
. ive contacted several online fraud places and several law enforcement places and need more help finding a way to get someone on this case to catch this guy

I was think facing to this kinda of loser, since i got my half money back, maybe I should just give up, because i dont want to waste my time to deal with a gross loser. Howeverm since there are so many victims, I think it is very important to let him be punished. Police said 600...700....is not big deal, however, if we count eveyone's ,money together, it is a lot. I will email that police office asap, and try to help eveyone out.

KW ripped me off a few yes ago abd I'm still tracking his loser delinquent a*s down. First off, he's an unemployed loser so he's never traveling, he has no assistance and since he has no job the money he scans makes up for that.
Contact his parole officer Tristan hutchinson and let him know your story. Something needs to be done about this a*s and we all want our money back. [email protected]
But really call Tristan tomorrow. Kristian thinks he's off probation this month. Lets make that assumption wrong.

I posted to a burning man group on facebook looking for a burning man ticket. One of the members of the group said he had a friend selling tickets and I received Kris Walters' phone number. Kris would not accept paypal and requested that I transfer $370 to his Wells Fargo Account #*******446 on July 18th. Said he shipped them on July 19th to the 'wrong address'. July 25th still no package. Said he sent it first class. Then he says he had it insured and he would file a claim with the post office. July 29th says he's in LA for the X Games on a Business Trip and will have his personal assistant handle it until he gets back on August 5th. August 6th I google him to find out he's scammed multiple people for burning man tickets. I reach out to his facebook friend who had no idea he was a scammer. I threaten law enforcement intervention and he promises to refund my money. Still waiting for the refund today.
