Kristjan Ragnarrson is a fraud and a con artist. He routinely overbills Medicare for "rehab" services. He is a money hungry fraudster. He accepts grafts from Immigration attorneys to sponsor Chinese Nationals on J1 visas in the residency program. His Vice chairman makes fraudulent grants from NIH for "research". He is milking the Federal government from every known avenue.
He accepted grafts to install Dr Steven Flanagan at NYU medical center.
His Department is guilty of negligence. See below:
