KWIK Kar ripoff Lancaster Texas
I am a very un happy customer.I went their to get my truck inspected and I had to wait for 4 hours and their was something wrong with their computor well they failed me but took my money and they were very rude even cused at me.I came back in a few days after they told me to put this gas treatment in and they knew I was comminf well they desided to close 3 hours erley.Then I came in again and the.
I well the second timethey knew told me to put another stuff in my gas treatment I did it and drove it around like they told me and I told them that I would be back that same day well they desided to close 3 hours earlier I was pretty mad when I got their and they told me they were closeing and to come back the next time I came back it took 5 hours and still faied me they told me it was going to be another charge and if I got an oil change and paid the fee they would pass me the were very rude and only had one van in the bay they took customers that came in after me at least 4 or5 of them .I took my business esle where and it passed with flying colors and I got pulled over and recived a ticket because on the third attempt to get it inspected they desided to make out my inspection with black marker in huge color now I have to go to court and explain what had happened they are the worst company I have ever been to rude ,slow and a huge ripp off so don't go their I hope they lose alot of customers if they read this report.
