Complaint Review: Kyle Private Networks - Miramar Florida

This guy is really a good scam artist. I was given the Shop America Network pitch several years ago. They would produce an infomercial for me and then give me free air time on John Kyles TV stations, Tiger Eye Broadcasting. All for the bargain basement price of $13,900.

That would have been a good deal if it were not for the fact that John Kyles TV stations were all Low Power TV (LPTV) stations. This means that no one is watching. These are stations one pulls in by rabbit ear antennas. No audience at all. This was not disclosed in John Kyles pitch. Kyle and all his little rat disciples knew they were ripping everyone off. There could be no cost for Mr. Kyle in putting the infomercial tapes on his TV stations that only consist of a rack of computers in a storage room. And he played this facade with me that the selection committee would need to approve my product line in order to qualify and of course, I needed to have the money to invest in the infomercial.

It was only for the grace of God that my husband and I did some digging with the Federal Communications Commission to find out what kind of TV stations John Kyle owned. It was then I found out they were low power stations with no audience. I disappeared quickly and never responded to another call and believe me, they made plenty.

So, Now I get another solicitation sounding similar from a new name, TV4networks, which is really slipstream video. Would you like to advertise on TV for free said the blonde in the spam emailed video. So out of curiosity, I called. Of course, the person whose name I was supposed to ask for wasnt there and I got one of the executive producers who could help me.

I got almost the same identical pitch. All I needed was $10,000 to $15,000 for video production cost and all the marketing and advertising thereafter would be for free. Of course, the marketing team would need to approve my products. The executive producer proceeded to tell me that they owned their own TV stations, etc. etc. and they would use their Marketing personnel to drive 3,000,000 to 5,000,000 consumers to buy my products. I would make hundred of thousands, even millions of dollars. All I needed was to pay for video productions.

Of course, I found out the owner is John Kyle (Kyle Private Networks) this is the same John N. Kyle, II (John Kyle) who was behind the scams known as Shop America Network, INCatalog, Tiger Eye Broadcasting, Slipstream Video, TV4networks and TV4network. He also has the entities Bevison (whose name is now drinkstv) and PharmaseeTV. Look for new names as he tries to cover his tracks. The executive producer was even brash enough to tell me all the expensive cars Mr. Kyle owns. The gall.

However, what remains the same in the scam are the players (John Kyle, John N. Kyle, II and the address; 3400 Lakeside Drive, Suite 500, Miramar, Florida 33027. Next, Kyle will change his address and if that doesnt work hell probably change his name or use a stooge (like he did the last time with Shop America Network).

I did some research and found a number of video productions on the internet associated with tv4network and tv4networks and looked the companies up and called them. Yes, they paid for the video productions. But no web traffic. no sales Sound familiar?

John N Kyle, II will say and do anything to dupe people into giving away their hand earned money thinking their website business will produce lots of sales. Bull! Dont throw your money away. Were onto this rodent now.
