To answer, and rebut.
LACarWrap.com was given the vehical year, and artwork in advance.
We approved the proof, and size, that was sent to us.
Car was brought in. We re told to come by at 5:00 PM on a Thursdat, as vehical would be ready. When we arrived, it was not ready. The art had not even been printed out yet. We waited for an hour and a half. When it was completed, we were startled to find out that the employees had put another companies artwork on our car, and not ours.
We were told this was in error, to please come back Friday at 5:00 PM. We did so. Again, we waited for almost 2 hours, with no other jobs in process, artwork still not printed out yet. When we were presented with our company car, again, a gross error. The size was not nearly the size of the approved artwork. We waited an additonal hour for them to remove, and re-do to the correct size.
Mark, and his partner, were making every excuse in the book, and kept saying we will take care of it. When we went to pay, they raised the price significantyl, and said dont worry it is a "trade price" very fair ...in his slick tounge way of doing business. "If you find that the price is not fair, please sir, call me, and we will adjust and take care of this for you".
We did go to (2) local car wrap houses for quotes, as we had 2 more exact vehicals, with the same graphics. They were significantly less, and laughed at us. Saying ....well look at the company you were dealing with. Slick, one time tricksters.
We attempted to contact LACarWrap in a polite way on several occasions, and they would not respond, or would pretend it was not them by speaking in a foreign language, as if we had an incorrect phone number.
We probably overpaid by around 100%. We learned our lesson.
I would highly suggest you get references, and check your pricing before doing any transactions with them.

LACarWrap.com, The Owner of the company was not Mark, He was just a sales person. Any how, The Company is under new management now. And I just want to express how upsetting it is to run into this type of comments. I really care about my clients, thats why I am taking the time to correct this problem. Mark is no longer with the company, since April 2009. Anyone can verify that by just calling the number and asking for him. We are no longer in Van Nuys. Our mission is to keep costumer satisfied, and do a good service, I can not say that this incident didn't happen the way it has been reported because Mark is not longer here to tell his side of the story. The only few ways that this could happened is if the costumer shows up with a car different than he was quoted on. and even in that case If I am asked I can make exceptions on the change of price.

Your complaint is so vague it is worthless. What did they charge you? What was the compared price and with whom? There is no substance to what you wrote.
