LA CREME SKIN Care offered  a 14 day trial offer and they lead you to believe you have 14 days to try or cancel and only pay shipping. On day 14 I called and they said they would cancel it but would not refund a charge of     $89 they put on my account for the bottle of junk.  

NOW GET THIS,  they go by your order date then will (subtract) the days it took to get delivered to you (in my case 5 days) and now that is really only  an 9 day trial period for me.  Sorry sucker is about what i was told by their customer service.

Your web page starts off with no mention of your ridiculous policies.  It states at the top of numerous of your pages "14 day trial" which LEADS you to believe that you have 14 days per the definition of trial period "

I trusted and fell for all your companies claims on this product and did not know that in order to try your product i was required to participate in your  intended 14 day CONTRACT negotiation.  If it is such a good product you would not have to hide behind your 6 (six) page terms and conditions in order to sell or trick consumers into buying your product and therefore treat potentional customers with such disregard. My claim still is buyer beware, never buy from La Creme Skin Care products.

To the consumer, we verify online that the 14-days are from the original order date as we cannot exactly confirm when you receive the item or start to use it. The terms and conditions confirm this in multiple areas as a contract between us, as the company, and you as the consumer so we are both aware of the exact trial period that is initiated. There is an e-mail confirmation sent with the original order date as verification as well. Here is a synopsis of the terms and conditions on the website. Terms & Conditions:
You must pay a shipping and handling fee of $4.95 for us to send you a full 30 day supply of La Creme Skin Care. We ship the product the day after you place your order (except that orders placed Saturday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday). You will have 14 days from your original order date to see if La Creme Skin Care is right for you. If you are unhappy with the product at any time during those 14 days, you must call us at 1-855-464-4015 and cancel your order to avoid being billed for the full cost of the product. If you are satisfied with our product, then do nothing we will bill you $87.63 for your initial order, and every thirty days thereafter we will send you a new 30-day supply of our product, and automatically bill you the low price of $87.63.
