LA Fitness Bought Ballys and refuses to honor Bally's contract StudioCity California
24 Hour Fitness purchased Ballys gyms -- refuses to allow me to enter the club without signing a new conract which is different from the Bally's contract still in force. My contract is assignable but it still is in full force and effect. Anyone want to sue with me? Jack, Studio City, CA
