Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
On June 15th, 2005 we purchased a leather sofa and loveseat from this store. We paid over $2000. for this set. When we first recieved it, we noticed a large gap on one end of the couch. They took it to be repaired only to be exactly the same when brought back to us. When they brought it back it now it also had (and still has) large dents in the side of the leather that were not there before. This damage was done while in their care. We were told that it couldn't be fixed and they gave us the option of picking a different couch. They wouldn't also replace the loveseat and we didn't want a mismatched set. We settled (unhappily)with them giving us a discount on the set. We keep a pillow over the huge gap in the couch. We were just glad to be over with this because they put us through hell. We were tossed from one person to the next.

Here it is February 2008. The set is less than 3 years old. Everywhere that the leather rubs together, in the cracks, etc, or where it has been rubbed against with feet, the leather is rubbing off, literally. It looks awful. I don't know what kind of leather this is made out of but it is pure junk. We are in our late 40's and have 1 child. We take care of our things and this is rediculous. I know that because we didn't have the leather protection applied for an additional price, they will say this is the problem. This is just not right. We condition the leather regularly, and chose not to pay the rediculous extra fee to do what should be done when you purchase the furniture.

I just want everyone to be aware of this huge rip-off when they're looking to buy something that they think will last them a long, long time. Wrong. Not from here! We will also be forwarding this to the Consumer Protection Agency, what we should have done 2 years ago. What a scam.

I'd like to know how this is ANY different than the other furniture outlets out there. Sounds like you just had a bad experience. Can't please everyone. I purchased a recliner there 5 years ago and it's still as good as new. My whole living room set is in great condition.
