Doctors office neglected to supply codes for lab tests, test was on 1/28/15. When first bill came, the doctors office callled the headquarters of Labcorp and gave them the codes so they could supply to Medicare. Every month I got the same bill and called headquarters and each time gave the the codes again and got the nameof person who I spoke to. On12/2/15 another bill arrive for the same 1/28/15 test. This time they said medicare would not accept the codes. I called Medicare, and told them everything.They are notifying Labcorp that there is now and investigation, and Medicare is sending me the forms to fill out and send in all the copies of each month of who I spoke to because the calles are taped.
