Lach orthodontic specialists Doctor rips off patients to increase revenue but you won't get to see the doctor for treatment. Oviedo Florida
This is an orthodontist that thinks he employs car salesmen. orthodontic treatment is about the same price everywhere you go. He came up with the idea to increase the price by $1000 and then tell you that you'll get a discount if $1000 off if you start treatment the same day. But he cannot bill insurnace for the higher amount and he knows it. Sometimes he even only offers $500 off of the $1000 increased price to pay for his personal expenses.
He charges an exuberant amount for "treatment" that isn't necessary. The cost of bonded retainers is $16 but yet he charges $600 When I inquired why it's so much higher than coat I was told it's because you pay for the doctors time. Guess what, the doctor doesn't even put it on, the technician does. You will barely even see the doctor when it comes to your appointments. If he ever comes to your chair he's unlikely to even say hi to you. If he does use a glove it's a used glove that he pills out of his pocket. This place is disgusting.
He places ads or runs events advertising to win free braces but no one ever wins. He only does it to collect your info and add you to a call list. He'll sat no you didn't win free braces but you win $1000 off the price of treatment. He's a fraud.
He thinks everyone needs treatment. He will never look at your child during the free consultation and say no dontg. Et braces. He'll even put bands or brackets on baby teeth. He believes getting braces is the most important thig to get in your life, besides an education, and you are a bad parent if you don't give it to them.
I worked there, I've seen so many broken laws. Please take your children somewhere else to have their braces put on.

Dr. LACH avoided seeing me through the treatment. The entire time I had to beg for appointments with him. Eventually I got them and staff mistakes would always have to be undone, changing what they had written. I requested to stick with one person who eventually admitted to needing glasses she wouldn't wear. My teeth got over corrected and still they wouldn't see me earlier than every 12 weeks. I was pregnant and that makes your teeth move faster. They knew it and they x rayed me anyway. They never advised me of the risks and didn't have me clean my teeth prior to the braces. I saw a regular dentist who was horrified and then I knew my mistake. But it was too late because I was in the contract. It was high pressure sales in my consultation and high pressure to sign papers that i was satisfied at the end or else they wouldn't remove my braces if I didn't sign saying I was happy. Is that duress? I was suffering and I believe this employee's report and I am here to support her report.

This fraudulent and dishonest employee realized that she was missing company property when she came to pick up her final paycheck upon her termination and attempted to avoid paying for any lost or stolen office items so she ordered another employee before she arrived to the office to go to the back of the office and retrieve additional replacement items from a private office and put them in her bag so that it would deceptively appear as if nothing was missing or stolen when in fact it was.
This employee was widely known for many other similar dishonest and untrustworthy behaviors throughout her shortlived employment and is currently being documented and investigated for theft and fabricating many untrue defamatory statements such as this and other untrue posts that are currently being traced on the internet, using fake names in an attempt to disguise her true identity for which she will be held fully accountable.
She is merely seeking revenge for being exposed about her true identity, numerous lies, and dishonest behavior after realizing that dishonesty and theft is not tolerated in our workplace. The former employee even falsely claims on her recent post on this site to know what treatments are necessary for patients???? The truth is that the doctor has an outstanding reputation, provides excellent services and results, sees his patients and treats them with kindness and respect, uses new gloves, offers only treaments that patients need and benefit from, charges fair prices, and gives lots of prizes and gifts away to patients to show them appreciation.

Nothing in my report is false and I'm within my rights to share what I was forced to do The facts are all supported through many negative testimonials of patients, former, and current employees with the same experience. He THINKS people are making false accusations of him online, he's even tried blaming other doctor offices of it.
I never took any company property outside of the office, the doctor that's too busy not being a doctor is disgruntled that no one stays with this company and only have negative things to say about him and his practices.
Employees come to work under the influence of drugs and alcohol but the office manager turns the other cheek when she saw that lol.
Using gimmicks to convert people to this office is shady coming from a "Doctor".
Conducting a background check when someone is NOT an employee and has not authorized permission is against the law. So is witholding earnings and forcing employees to work unpaid/off the clock for company events.

The former disgruntled employee who posted this false report is the subject of an ongoing criminal investigation for emploiyee fraud and theft whereby she abused office management privileges and directed other employees to steal office property. Her false report on this site and others will be used as additional evidence against her for her continued criminal activity which she will be held fully accountable.
