Lady of America Never open one of these franchises it ruined my life Ft. Lauderdale , Florida
This franchise venture cost my family over 350K. I am now pretty destitute because of it. Don't buy one. You'll regret it for the rest of your life. I'll never make that money back. The fees are too high. They don't know about business in any state but their own it seems. Out of 15 franchises opened in Washignton state only two have remained. The owners are not making money, just fulfilling the contract so they won't be sued by the franchise. Biggest regret of my life.
Their system doesn't work. The numbers don't add up for a profitable business venture. The customers were unhappy with the franchise corporation and the billing and I had to refer them there and they never got help. They liked me but being in business with the Lady of America franchise is just a losing proposition any way you look at it.
The worse thing was their lease advice. They were supposed to be experience business people and provided guidance to help us find a good lease deal. We had the worst one ever, the terms were too long, we weren't protected. Lady of Americas Franchise team couldn't have done a worse job, they set us up for failure that hasn't gone away even five years after selling this place.
