Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We have two parts to this story, The first part is about civil rights being violated. The first thing most people don't know is that when your go to jail, They remove all of your clothings and give you a specific color jumpsuit (without socks, underwear, bra). So women that are on their monthly and stuck without feminine products to keep it under control, women are in there bleeding all over themselves stuck without clean jumpsuits!  Then when they do clean the jumpsuits women are sitting around FOR HOURS with nothing!!!!!! Which I know for a fact because I was in there when it happened. Then on different occasions when the women do ask for feminine products they throw them at them or on the floor saying "go fetch f***ers". They are taking their commissary money for doctor bills and not letting them get their mail. They will throw their mail at them. All different inmates have said that officer COX and officer Woods makes their lives hell when they are on duty. If you make a complaint to the supervisor of the jail she will tell you that Its the officers building and that they will do what they want. Doesn't the county jail belong to the tax payers since they pay for all bills and wages for said building??

Second part to this story is that a search warrant is good for 10 days but this search warrant had been ordered for March 2nd but nobody was living at this address at the time. They black felted the date out and came into the house with out a new warrant on May 21st. Now new warrant is said for May 22nd. They did not announce their selves, they just used flash grenades and kicked in the front door. People that were not living at that address had there property searched without permission. *Casey was not living at this address but was there because it was her sons house. and she was charged with paraphernalia  that was in a room that she was sitting in, keeping or maintaining a public nuisance and also charged with a half a Vicodin  that was in her personal prescription bottle. An a attorney was hired for her, she has been in jail for three months and the attorney has visited her one time. Always has excuses for why he cant visit.

The prosecuting attorney offered her a plea bargain of 7 years on one charge and 7 years on another not to run concur ant and she said no to plea so judge told her they was moving her class C felonies to B felonies since she didn't accept the plea. She has asked her attorney for a change of venue because they keep calling her by her maiden name "anyone that lives in Lafayette county remembers her parents" so she wont get a fair trial and the attorney says she don't need a change of venue and refuses to do so. The girl who's room *Casey was in, admitted that the stuff that was found in her room was hers and that she would tell them that and * Casey's attorney says that it wont do no good.

If there is anyone out there that can help with the civil case to stop these officers from mistreating the inmates we would greatly appreciate it.
And if there are any criminal lawyers out there that think that they can help, we dont have much money all at once but will get it soon, to contact us by e-mail.

Lafayette county jailers need to be disciplined because they are breaking the law just as well as the inmates. and anybody that goes in there to say something they are banned from coming back!!!!!!!
