I read a complaint on Lakota Data Center in Houston dated 06/2011, Lakota was sold to Quasar data center in Sept of 2010, I managed Lakota from Jan 2010 on a management contract and did an asset purchase in Sept. 2010 at that time I inherited 42 Lakota customers and as of this data all but 3 are still there. I only have one customer terminated for failure to pay since I took over. As to our security we are a SAS70 type II facility Since June of 2010 and we routinely have surprise visits form the independent auditors, where ID is checked and all racks are locked. This is a 24hr manned data center and we are currently under a SISA 16 audit. Part of those audits is entry security and racks are check on every audit. We also escort all data center visitors. We have a network of video cameras throught out the data center and building. I should also point out that the building also has 24hr Security and all visitors must sign in before being allow acess to the data center floors.
All this being said I would like to have this complaint confirmed since I nor any of my mangers have been contacted by this customer. If there is a customer with this problem I would like to find out what I can do to make it right. I can tell you the currant mangers have been there for at least 4 years and we would like to address this matter.
