We had the very same issue, but they nerver refunded our returned items as they wrote in an email they had a shortage of bank funds, so after 3 months of discussions, we settled for different materials, they sent a new shipping invoice which was paid, 67.00 and then they never shipped the items and provided a false tracking number.
They now block all emails and block phone calls.
Stay far away from this company and it's owners!
