The individual alleged in this report (LaMart Hamilton) James Smalls is using fake media profiles to harrass me, hinder my brand and defamate my character. He is spreading false lies and accusations about which is not true.
I'm not going to into the details but I will say that this individual is a well-known criminal who is notorious for multiple Twitter verification scams which I was never a part of. If he continues to slander my name and make false accusations about me, I will seek legal action against him and excerise my extent of the law

Good luck with that because you filed a ROR and now it is public record. I would like to know when this lawsuit is filed and what attorney is going to take this weak case.
