It's called BAIT and SWITCH. Pay for item through PAYPAL. Ebay seller LAMBOFAUCTIONS waits for buyer to file claim for "did not receive item"
Seller then provides Paypal with shipping info and Paypay closes case.
Buyer then receives in my case an empty package. Buyer can not prove box was empty.
