Land Rush entertainment, LLC or landrushtv is another scam being done by Steven Hahn, Richard Hubler, and their group. This group will start a LLC sell units in it then just leave with the money. The directors and other talent that they say they have do not know about the project. The LLC are started with stolen identities and your money just disappears. This is the same group that did the United Adult Artist scam. This is the same scam different name.

So far the attorney general just thinks this is an interesting pattern, and swindling investors, identity theft, bank fraud and forgery of government documents is not worth their time to investigate. But if you have not yet invested in this do not; these people are known felons, with a record of stealing people's money

slowly paying us back ..Stephen Hahn is the only one trying to make good on the mistakes of the last project.

I was involved with Stephen Hahn in his past project with United Adult Artist. The project failed to raise adequate money to go to completion. Communication with Stephen Hahn broke down at this time and I was under the belief that I had been conned by Stephen. I contacted Greg and Kristina Conatser the other individuals that were suppose to be involved in the project. They stated that they were not involved in the project and had not ever been involved in the project. At this point I filed a report with the Rip-off report with all the information that I had on what appeared to be the case as it stood at that time.
Through this process I got in touch with the other investors that had been involved in that project.
We got in touch with Stephen Hahn at Land Rush. He apologized for not getting back to us stated that the project had failed and he would personally pay us back everything that we had invested even though there was a group that had been involved.
He has been slowly paying us back. He is the only one of all the people that is working with us and is the only one stepping up to the plate and giving us our money back, for the most part out of his own pocket.
In talking with the other investors it came to light that some had contacted Greg and Kristina Conatser before investing in the project and it seems they were involved in the project and had lied about their not being involved. It seems that Stephen Hahn had partners that did not treat him well and were dishonest about their involvement in the project.
At this point Stephen Hahn is the only one trying to make good on the mistakes of the last project.
Note: once a report is put up on the Rip-off report it cannot be removed, as I am still waiting to be completely paid back on the last investment I did with Stephen Hahn I have not yet updated the report. I will do so at this time as I feel confident that he will succeed in his present venture and will make good on his promise to pay us back.
