We were sold a Landmark Home home warranty policy via Bullock Realtors and Boise Premier Realtors when the
Landmark Co, and the realtors knew that Landmark was not licensed by the State of Idaho to do business.
This home warranty policy was misrepresented to us to cover deficiencies in the home we were purchasing.
Landmark Home Warranty left us without air conditioning for five weeks, fraudulently stating that" "parts"
has been ordered", when they knew they were not.
There is another homeowner locally here, who was left without air conditoning for longer than we were.
We are seeking other homeowners who have been ripped off by Landmark Home Warranty and their principal
members of the Landmark business, Alma Jeppson, CEO and Chris Smith, President of what was a non-existant
LLC, according to the Secretary of State of Idaho, and the State Attorney General of Idaho, at the time they chose to do business with many realtors and with homeowners such as us.
We are preparing a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court under the Civil Rico Statutes, Sec 1963, the Civil Racketeering Statutes, which provide treble (3X) civil damages and under other state statutes and common law
laws and cases.
