Company advertised a battery for a Fujitsu Lifebook V1020, which I purchased. Not understanding it was going to ship from Singapore...that was my first mistake.
What I received was a battery that not only does not fit, but is also of completely different voltage and mah ratings. After communicating the above facts and discrepancies, the company responded by asking me to "try to install the battery again". Which in and of itself shows an obvious lack of reading comprehension to start with...it just goes downhill from there.
I also opened a PayPal dispute, because that's how I paid for the battery, and the company immediately denied the refund request. I've escalated it to a claim, but given PayPal's dismal track record for helping buyers, I don't expect much.
Given the responses so far by laptop-adapter-batteries.com I'm fully expecting to get burned on the deal.
So if your thinking of buying a laptop battery or adapter from these clowns, think twice and avoid getting burned by considering another company.
