I ordered a laptop keyboard from lapzone.com on 11/28/07. I received it, tested it and it was defective. I emailed them at
[email protected] on 12/4/07 and told them about the problem and asked for a RMA number to send it back for an exchange. No response. I called them on 12/5/07 and left them the same message.
No response. I emailed them again on 12/7/7. No response. I called them again on 12/7/7 and left another message. No response. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Washington DC & Eastern PA. The Complaint Tracking Number: 495E5-F71D7-BB45A-F9682-845A9-11633-B5.
