I purchased a New Car from Larry Miller Hyundi - located in Glendale, Arizona.

At first they come off as a very honest and trustworthy dealership. And once everything is signed. I later saw a different company. A bunch of Scam Artist's.

My contract with Larry Miller Hyundi was signed and approved. The interest rates and payments were agreed upon.

However, after a few weeks of owing, driving and enjoying the car. I received a phone call from one of the Scam Artist's. Apparently, Larry Miller Hyundi wanted more interest and more payments. Of course, the dealership is blaming the hyundi credit. I don't understand how a dealership can contact the credit department of the maker of the car and receive approval on my credit and then later change the credit to a high interest and a higher payment. I know? it's a scam for more money and more interest.

I was told by one of the Finance Scam Artist's that my credit wasn't good (650) and my monthly wages are to low. Therefore, Hyundi has to charge more interest and more PAYMENTS to my monthly plan. Of course, this makes no sense to me or anyone else. Of course, I gave the crook Larry Miller Hyundi his car back and demanded my deposit back.

Later in the Dealership my son had an argueement with one of the Finance Scam Artist's regarding a conversation my son had with a current customer of the Scam Artist Larry Miller Hyundi. The little Troll of a man was trying very hard to find a reason to keep the deposit. Of course, the Little Finance Troll tried to get my son to admit he was making slanderous statements to the Scam Artist Larry Miller Hyundi - Dealership. When my son asked the customer (right) in front of the Little Troll if he had made any slanderous statements regarding the dealership? the lady replied (NO) he didn't make any slanderous remarks towards Larry Miller Hyundi.

I did receive my deposit back But, it took a week and numerous of trips to get it.

Age Discriminatation?

#2Consumer Comment

Thu, October 21, 2004

I fail to see how age discrimination came into play here. I just got through reading a post from Eva concerning Ford and how they discriminated against her because of her age. However, in both posts she fails to address this. It seems anyone who does something Eva doesn't like does so because they are discriminating against her age. She will probably write a post about me saying I am discriminating against her age by posting a post that doesn't agree with her! What this car dealership did is crappy, but stop trying to play the discrimination card when it has nothing to do with this.

To the writer that wrote me this letter. Thank you, and I agree with you fully. I gave my car back to the Crook Larry Miller Hyundi. If more people gave their cars back. The dealers wouldn't get away with this type of scam. However, you will always have fools out there that will take their crap. And I feel these morrons deserve to get cheated like they do. Thank you

Eva now the fun begins. Just think, about 6 to 10 million hits a day on ripoffreport.com Your word will get out fast. go to google.com and do a search on "Hyundi sucks" and see what pops up. Eva what many car dealers like to do is called a "Spot Delivery" What they do is they get a car buyer to sign all needed documents, send the buyer on his or her way. They then fire a shot gun to one's credit report. they send the car Buyer's credit info to a bucket load of lenders trying to find THE LOWEST rate they can find. Say they find a lender that will do 8%. they get the buyer back to the dealership and they have a new contract printed up before the buyer gets there that might have say a 13% rate. If the buyer signs it. Car dealer gets to keep the 5% difference. It's called "Backend Gross". Car dealers hate it when a car buyer gets their own financing. it kills the dealers ability to grab the big gross. Eva read what some guy looking to get a job at a car dealer posted on the net. "I have been selling cars for about 3 years. I have an average of 14 cars per month. I have been trained slightly on menu selling for warranty's, GAP, Sec. Guard, and Credit/Life. I have a very good idea what it takes to be a great F&I Manager. I have the highest backend gross in my dealership because of my motivation to presell all aspects of the backend profit-makers. I would be open to a floater position or a back-up F&I/Sales floor, position." Now read this. "A "Yank" is where the dealer's sales staff will make you think you have been approved, Everything is "A, OK. They allow you to have time to fall in love with your new ride. They will let you have time to show it to all of your friends and coworkers. They might feel that they want you to have time to completely fall in love with your new car. Then and only then their F&I people will have somebody call you and ask "Hey you love that new car ?" what do all of your friends think about your new RIDE? Are you happy? Then they will tell you, "Hey we are so happy for you. But the bank needs some additional documentation sign, when can you come down? At this point try to get them to tell you what is going on before you drive down there, FAT CHANCE! After you do drive down to the dealer, then they will drag you direct to the F&I department so their F&I guy/gal will have already taken the time to print up your NEW CONTRACT with a MUCH higher interest rate and a HIGHER car payment. Most car buyers want to "save face" because they don't want their friends to think that their credit is no good, so they fall into the F&I's trap of the "YANK" and agree to make the bigger payments. I would tell you to tell them to keep the car and give you your down payment back and your trade. Most car dealers do not want to hear that. If they have sold your trade-in, you are now in the driver's seat. Car dealers do this "YANK" process to as many car buyers they can, it increases what they call their "Backend Gross Profit" big time. Many car buyers do not know how the credit industry really works so they have some speed bumps in their credit history. I feel that the credit industry does NOT want consumers to know how it all works so car dealers, home mortgage companies and credit car companies can bend you over and get some extra profit. Now like I said Eva Many will get to read your Rip Off Report.
