This is an email I sent to the dealerhship. WE bought a 2003 Madza 1 year and 9 months ago. Here's what happened after:

Attention Larry Miller Volkswagon:

I just wanted to inform you that I think you are the most corrput, lying, worst people I have EVER done business with. You LIE constantly are are willing to screw people whenever you can. We came to you after a bankruptcy. You gave us a 2007 van, then 5 weeks later said "oh by the way we cannot get financing". Then you all but forced us and scared us into signing a contract on a 2003 MAZDA MPV that you knew was completely broken.  In fact two days after we signed it we begged to get into anothe car and you were unwilling to help.WE were told we had no choice because of the situation we were in. Then you have the nerve to sell a warranty that DOES NOTHING, Of course you did. You knew you were selling a bad car and knew that if you did not give us a copy of the warranty and tell us what would be required in order to use the warranty, that YOUR warranty company would never have to pay for a piece of crap like what you sold us. First- we were way over charged to begin with. Second- The car broke for the first of many times 2 weeks after we bought it. Again after 2 months, again after 8 months, and again in Feb when we brought the POS to your dealership who did further damage to. BEcause of the morons that fixed our car AT YOUR SHOP, the car has hardly been drivable since. NOW, in addition to the thousands we have already spent, we have to find $7000 to fix the transmission, wheel bearings, catilytic converter, electirc fan, coolant temp sensor and ignition coil on a car that has only 80,000 miles on it!!!! UNBELIEVABLE. You not only took complete advantage of us then, but continue to do so by selling crappy warranties. Our only choice is to now stop paying on the car. Its worth half of what is will cost to fix. Thanks to your dealerhsip alone, we have to all but give up our credit , have already wasted thousands of dollars on a car that was NO GOOD to begin with and will be forced to walk with three children. How do you people sleep at night?? Thats what I want to know. Crappy cars and crappy warranties. I am going to do everything in my power to expose what kind of people you have. I am contacting every single newstation in both AZ and CO where I now live and telling them what scam artists you are. You are complete scum.. It makes me sick what you have done. Because of what you have done, we are now in an unfixable situation. I hope the dealership feels the affects of what I am going to do. These people are the scum dealerhsips everyone talks about. They are lying anc orrupt and will do ANYTHING to make a dollar. Its disgusting. They have been contacte verbally/by written request and thus far have not responded.

I just wanted to let EVERYONE know, Land Car agency is going to pay for repairs and Larry Miller is taking care of what is not covered. They have in fact made good on the situation and the new general manager has done everything he can to help us. It looks like their are some good people that still do right by their customers. Issue resolved. Does anyone know how to delete a report?
