This was a very good customer of mine. I have been a mobile mechanic in this areaor over 3 years and have never been treated the way this customer has treated someone who only tried to help. I had been hired to work on a problematic ford crown victoira apon diag what the problem was I explained the the customer what was needed to remove the fuel tank and repair the problem. Because of the way the customer had poorly installed the exhaust system there was no other way to remove the fuel tank out of the car without cutting the tail pipes ( witch I had already done once befor and reinstalled them with no problem) after getting the parts we needed remove everything was explained to the customer on what was needed also told her what total cost to repair was going to be. After given her the total price (includeing parts and labor) I recived part of my labor money as a deposit.I explained to her that it would take 5-7 days shipping to recive her new part and I would return after parts had been recived. I don't remember the date but parts did come in as stated on a Monday and customer was called and I left a message on her phone that the part had been recived and that I could be there that week to install it..

 what I got insted was nasty letters adress to my wife and my kids ,postings on craigslist calling me all kinds of names and threats against my safety .at this point I also recive wher this customer was taking me to court from that point on I have recive 5 letters adress to my family bilttleing me and calling me all types of foul words. After being in this business for over 20 years I have never meet a customer that is so hatefull and evil this woman has done everything she could think of to try and run my name into the ground befor her job and even after I carry a list of customer that I add to everyday for referances and now I am very pickie on who I help with there auto repairs.

I have sence started to pay this customer what the court gave her ( only because I wasent able to be there) and she has still had pople call my phone and harrass me and my family and even tried to have me aressted I am tired of this customers threats towaards me and my business even though there was a payment plan put in place and she recived the first payment ( just as I said she would) she has kept up on the threats and letters and postings. in this business you can't please evey customer you deal with but all I can do is try to make it right by giving this customer what she thinks she deserves and move on helping customers that really understand that the world doesn't revolve around them.
