Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This company sent me a letter around 1/18/06, and it has been bothering me since. I read in other reports that they have sent this same letter to others. The company sent me a letter stating that a won $3,341,006.00, and that I am not to tell anyone about this. That is a big red flag right there, not to mention that they asked me to send them $20.00 for what ever reason. But this is something that has been bothering me for some time, and I would love to see these people put through the ringer. I do not have the bottom portion, i sent it in. But I still have the top portion which speaks of what I won and everything. It also has 3 other names on this list, and says what they won. There are check marks next to each of our names (the other names are most likely fictitious). Their names there is a check mark over the box that states that their money was collected. Next to my name there is a box that states that my money is so far uncollected. Their "confirmed prizes" range from 4 million dollars to 10 million 5 hundred dollars. The very top part says "You are officially sworn to secrecy abosolutely confidential". Next it says marketing imaging drawn to four prized names (for the prized record). There is even a "stamping" on the far right corner near the top that reads: sworn confidential lvaap privlaged privacy right contract 2006. Now I really believe that this sort of thing should be illegal. People like me from limited incomes, are scammed into sending these people 20 dollars with the promise of becoming an overnight millionaire. Now as silly as that sounds, when you recieve something like that, you really want to believe it! The whole letter sent up red flags really. Especially them saying that I need to keep this a secret. And the fact that they needed 20 dollars to send me over 3 million. Now that makes no sense at all. Geez if they really game me 3 million dollars I'd give them a million, not 20. Seriously, this whole scam is a shame. I hope something can be done about these people, or has been done. Please tell me if there is anything I can do about this still. Or if I can help in bringing these people down in any way. Thank you very much for your time and help! God bless.

Sincerely,

Amy Arnold

You never specified if you sent the 20 bucks or not! It matters!

Amy, So, did you send them the $20? If you did, under NV law you are a victim of a scam, and can persue it. If you didn't you can file a mail fraud complaint with the postal inspection service.
